Les Envies provides services as described at the time of booking. The exact scope, duration, and cost of services may vary depending on the customer's specific request and the amount of time and effort required. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service when reasonably necessary, including for safety concerns, inappropriate conduct, or violations of these Terms.The base payment is $50 per person, which covers 4 hours of work. Depending on the number of hours and amount of effort required to complete the requested service, the final price may be higher than the $50 base payment. Customers will be informed of significant additional charges when reasonably possible before they are incurred. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due at the time of service or booking. For groups consisting of 10 or more people, a 25% gratuity/service charge will be added to the applicable bill. For example, if the applicable service charge is $200, the additional 25% charge would be $50. The 25% charge is in addition to any applicable taxes, fees, or additional service charges. Customers should provide reasonable notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Les Envies may charge a cancellation or no-show fee when a customer cancels without sufficient notice or fails to appear for a scheduled service. Any cancellation fees will be communicated to the customer at the time of booking or before the service whenever reasonably possible. Certain services or activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, falls, property damage, or other injuries. By participating in the service, you acknowledge that you understand and voluntarily assume the ordinary and reasonably foreseeable risks associated with the service. Customers are responsible for exercising reasonable care and following all safety instructions. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the customer agrees to release and hold harmless [Business Name], its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from claims arising from the customer's participation in the Company's services, including claims relating to ordinary risks inherent in the service. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit liability that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law, including liability arising from gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or other conduct for which a waiver is prohibited by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Les Envies shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or unforeseeable damages arising from the use of its services. By booking or participating in services provided by Les Envies, the customer acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to read these Terms of Service and agree to be bound by them.
