With over 25 years of culinary experience, I bring a unique blend of flavors to my clients. I enjoy bringing my ethnicity into the mix: the blending of traditional and cultural dishes. My mother is Lao/Thai and my father is Italian/Romani but raised in Argentina. Considering my eclectic background my passion lies in creating meals that not only delight the palate but also cater to nutritional and dietary needs.

Growing up on the East Coast, my culinary journey began at a young age, as I learned the art of catering from my father. His dedication to serving the Metropolitan area of Washington, D.C., ranging from French service to buffet-style events, left an indelible mark on my understanding of hospitality and fine dining.

In addition to my father's influence, my mother's role as a pastry chef further ignited my love for the food industry. Today, I consider catering and culinary artistry to be not just a profession but my true calling. I'm committed to crafting exceptional dining experiences that reflect my passion for food and my dedication to serving others.
